1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Refunds may take 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
